SeaCast, Inc., founded in 1985 by Mike and Bert Robins, operates four full service investment casting foundries in the US.  Materials cast include: stainless steel, nickel-based superalloys, titanium and aluminum alloys among many others.  Casting size ranges from less than one ounce to over 1,000 pounds.  In-house capabilities include: heat treat, CNC machining, NDT and assembly.  The company serves customers in aerospace, defense, transportation, power generation, oil and gas, mining/forestry and general industrial markets.  SeaCast holds AS9100 and NADCAP certification as well as many customer specific qualifications.
