Upon arrival at The Phoenician, please check into the hotel in the main lobby. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Complimentary guestroom internet is available for customer, associate and partners. Hotel rooms for pre-event dates (December 3rd- 6th, 2017) are currently sold out at The Phoenician. Reservations ConferenceDirect will make room reservations on behalf of all customers and associates. Rooms for customers and associates are complimentary from Wednesday, December 6, 2017 - Friday, December 8, 2017. Incidentals are the responsibility of the individual guest; you will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in. For those that wish to extend their stay, a limited number of discounted rate rooms are available for $249 USD per night (plus mandatory $3/night housekeeping fee, one-time mandatory porterage fee $9 and applicable taxes). Extended reservations will be subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy and is the responsibility of the individual guest. Partners:
Partners are responsible for making their own reservations at the group rate of $249 USD per night (plus mandatory $3/night housekeeping fee, one-time mandatory porterage fee $9 and applicable taxes). Upgrades are subject to higher rates. The resort fee will be complimentary for Partner guestrooms.
