Travel

Customers
Customers are responsible for booking their own airfare. ConferenceDirect will reimburse customers via check (up to $1,000) and one guest of customers (up to $500) on-site in Scottsdale for economy class, round-trip airfare to/from your home destination to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The maximum reimbursement amount, if bringing a guest, will be $1,500. If you choose to use points for your airfare, we will reimburse you with a check in the amount of $500.

Customer airfare over $1,000 requires prior approval before booking; please contact erin.quigg@conferencedirect.com for consideration. Please note that each traveler is responsible for any additional charges such as baggage, upgrades, change fees or fare charges.

Customers planning to drive to Scottsdale are responsible for booking their own rental car and/or submitting their itinerary, showing mileage, for reimbursement. Mileage reimbursement will be provided at $0.535/mile for round-trip travel to/from your home destination to/from Scottsdale.

Self-parking will be complimentary for customers attending CEO Summit.

NOTE: Travel reimbursement will be distributed to customers on Friday, December 8, 2017 during lunch. If you are unable to pick up your check at that time, ConferenceDirect will mail it to you.

Travel Submission Deadline: Monday, November 13 at 5:00 p.m. (PST). Once you’ve booked your travel, please upload your airfare receipt or travel itinerary into the registration system. If travel itineraries and receipts are provided after 5:00 pm (PST) on Monday, November 13 your reimbursement check will be mailed to you after the conclusion of CEO Summit. Please contact Erin Quigg (erin.quigg@conferencedirect.com) if any exceptions need to be considered.

Associates
Associates are responsible for booking their own airfare and will not be reimbursed. Associates flight information must be entered into the registration system by Monday, November 13 at 5:00 p.m. (PST) to ensure transfers.

Self-parking will be complimentary for associates attending CEO Summit.

Additional Travel Information

Customers/Associates Ground Transportation:
Over the dates of the meeting, ground transportation will be provided for Customers and Associates to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and the hotel unless alternative arrangements have been made with us or outlined differently on your personal confirmation letter.

NOTE: Transfers outside of the conference dates (December 6 – 8) can be requested, but not guaranteed.

Departure

The official event closing will be lunch on Friday, December 8 prior to ground transportation back to the airport.
