Helping Hands Roles:
There are several roles that you can choose from when you select your roles and shifts in July. Every role is equally important, so try not to be disappointed if your preferred role fills up first. We made a handy document for you to review all of your options. We also suggest printing the flyer so you can refer to it when selecting your roles.

In July you will receive an email that will prompt you to select your roles and shift through our online scheduling tool, InItLive.

Helping Hands Key Dates:
- April/May
- Register for Convention and the Helping Hands Program.
- Join the HH Facebook group (link will be provided in your confirmation email).
- Book your hotel room.
- Book your airfare, the earlier you book the better rate you will receive. We have partnered with Star Alliance where you can save up to 20% on certain fares.
- June
- Stay abreast of all the current information on the HH Facebook group.
- July
- Select your preferred volunteer roles and shifts on the InItLive website.
- August
- Pack your bags! We will see you in Vancouver!
- Tuesday, August 22 – 3 p.m. Helping Hands Orientation.

- You will be able to select your roles and shifts through the InItLive website and keep track of your schedule onsite via the InItLive Smartphone App.
