About Women's In-House Counsel Leadership Institute (WIHCL):

The Women’s In-House Counsel Leadership Institute (WIHCL) provides in-house counsel and their legal departments with the tools they need to build stronger and more effective leadership teams. WIHCL is the outgrowth of four years of successful initiatives focused on increasing the number of women lawyers in legal departments and, especially, in the general counsel role. Through a combination of metrics and training, this 501(c)(3) organization provides research, workshops, webinars, mentoring, networking, and awards, all intended to help women in-house attorneys master the art and science of leadership as they accelerate their careers and move not only into key leadership positions in corporate legal departments but throughout major corporations.

You’re invited to the 1st Annual Pre-Conference workshop for the ASCENT Conference on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the Key Bridge Marriott in Arlington, Virginia.
