Qualified in India and worked in various hospitals in India and in the UK. Worked in Neonatal Unit University Hospital for 7 years where worked as research nurse and a lactation consultant.

In 2013, Completed Professional Diploma in Health Administration, Notting Hill College, Abu Dhabi, UAE. June 2016, Completed Fellowship and Certification in The American Academy of Case Management, American Academy of Case Management, Ohio, USA.

Presented in a few International Conferences in Abu Dhabi. Special area of interest is education.

Catherine McNamara joined Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Centre as a highly experienced healthcare leader, with over 30 years providing quality, outcome focused care in both clinical and leadership roles.

Most recently, Catherine established the first fully integrated Case Management program within Abu Dhabi during her time at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. The program provided an integrated patient focused approach to Coordination of Care, combining the skills of Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers and Therapists to ensure quality service delivery across the complete Transition of Care spectrum.

Catherine has occupied senior nursing positions in her home country, Australia, where she gained extensive experience in Neonatal and Adult Medicine and Surgery. Apart from her nursing qualifications, she holds an MBA from Chifley Business School, Australia. 

Catherine is committed to developing a Case Management program at Cambridge which will deliver successful Transition of Care services, using a structured approach to assist the individual reach their personal optimal level of wellness and functional ability.

Hadil is an experienced Registered Nurse, who has spent much of her life here in the UAE. She has over 10 years experience as a qualified registered Nurse, with significant clinical experience in Medical Surgical acute care.

For the past 2.5 years, Hadil has enjoyed the challenging but rewarding professional development of her career, to establish the role of Case Manager in Post-Acute care, in her current facility from its opening.

As a Case Manager in post-acute care, she is involved in Care Coordination, patient/family and Interdisciplinary team coordination, working with families of long term and chronic disease patients, supporting with social and financial advice, direction and support to establish post discharge community links, vocational and educational connections and establishing chronic disease management and support.

Heleen Tasseron (MSc Healthcare Policy and Management, BSc Nursing) joined Zayed Military Hospital in 2011 and has worked on different projects, including the development of comprehensive Chronic Care services in primary care which empowered nurses as case managers to take on greater responsibilities in patient care. Prior to working in Abu Dhabi, she worked as a Commissioner for long term conditions in the NHS in the UK, mainly focusing on implementing National guidelines in the local healthcare system for people with Diabetes. Her earlier clinical career was in reproductive healthcare, where as a clinical lead in the subject, she contributed to guidelines for the Royal College of Nursing. Because of her interest in healthcare systems, Heleen recently started to work towards a PhD in health care systems design, exploring topics such as patient flow, transitions of care and the delivery of integrated care for patients, using health analytics and system dynamics to understand the complexity of systems.

Kolla was featured as a part-time lecturer for McGraw Hill University Dubai, lecturing for UAE healthcare professionals focusing on infection control, critical thinking, evidence based practice and leadership & management.

She holds additional US certifications as a: revenue cycle representative (CRCR) from HFMA, and healthcare compliance (CHC) professional. She also chairs the newly established UAE chapter of the AWC (AHIMA World Congress).

She has over 30 years experience in revenue cycle management, health insurance, and compliance, and has worked in Abu Dhabi for 7 years (at CCAD, SEHA, SKMC) and various medical facilities in the US.

Mary is a Registered Nurse of 32 years in total. Her nursing experience involved mainly: male and female surgical departments, orthopedic, gynae, ICU and CCU. She has a total of 16 years Case Management experience, 14 years in South Africa and 2 years in Saudi Arabia. Her CM experience includes male and female surgical and orthopedic departments, more experience however in both Medical and Surgical High Care and ICU. She has experience in both Hospital and insurance Case Management and is still a member of CMASA (Case Management Association of South Africa). She is currently completing her first year as Manager of the Case Management department at Al Ain Hospital.

Michelle is a registered Nurse and Midwife with over 17 years, experience in Nursing, Midwifery having completed an honors degree in Nursing and Midwifery from the University of Johannesburg with a further Diploma completed in the specialization of Operating Room Nursing. Her latest certification is as a certified Coding specialist [CCS] which was completed in November 2016.

As the Neonatal Intensive Care Coordinator in of the largest tertiary neonatal units in the United Arab Emirates facilitation in the interaction between patients, family and third parties ensured patients care was coordinated across the care continuum, leading to my current position.

Being a Case manager of over 9 years’ experience spanning from South Africa to my current position in the Middle East as Case Manager at NovaVita Specialised pediatric Hospital my current focus is on Care Coordination with the assistance of health care information technology to assist Case managers to ensure patients are receiving care within the right level in the healthcare framework as medically justified

Suzan Al Nabulsi joined Cleveland clinic Abu Dhabi in 2015 where she presently works as the Emergency Department Case Management Team Lead .Her role focuses on Medical Necessities for admission ,coordination of care for outpatient services, physician education & reviewing Denials .

Suzan Started her Case Management career working at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in 2006 ,moving from her role as a Registered Nurse to the newly established Case Management Program when it was initiated in 2009. She contributed in a key role to the establishment and development of the program and demonstrated outcome driven results in the areas of patient focused planning and coordination as well as mentoring and education of new Case Managers and multi-disciplinary team members .

Teresa Chatfield currently works as an Operations Manager in Manzil Home Care Services. She is a UK trained Registered Nurse, Certified Midwife and Lactation Consultant with over 40 years health care experience, mainly in busy tertiary centers within the UK and UAE.

Prior to joining Manzil Teresa worked in a SEHA facility for more than 30 years. In her last post as Assistant Director of Nursing and Midwifery, Corniche Hospital, Abu Dhabi she shared management responsibility for the provision of a wide range of clinical, professional and administrative services that are required to provide high quality, safe and efficient healthcare services within a broad scope of services.

Teresa has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Master of Business Administration, Health Service Specialty from the University of Leicester. She has actively contributed to several successful Joint Commission International and Baby Friendly Hospital accreditations and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.

 
Vincent Madaray ,RN, ON, MBA

Vincent Madaray is a Unit Manager at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in charge of a 36 bed Medical unit, 27 beds Oncology unit and 30 beds Long term non-ventilated area.  Vincent Madaray trained in South Africa at the RK Khan Campus in Chatsworth. He completed his Diploma in Nursing (General, Community, Psychiatry) and Midwifery in 2002. He worked at the RK Khan Hospital in Medical, Surgical and Casualty until 2006.  During this period Vincent lectured at the Protea Nursing College in Durban, South Africa.  In 2007 Vincent relocated to Abu Dhabi where working as a Charge Nurse in a Medical Unit. In 2008 Vincent was promoted to Clinical Nurse Coordinator.  The following year he was then promoted to Unit Manager.  Vincent has since completed a Diploma in Health Care Management and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Chifley Business School.  Vincent is currently the chair of the SEHA Oncology Advisory Group, Chair of the Clinical Ladder Committee at SKMC and also Co-chair of the Patient and Family Rights chapter of JCIA at SKMC.
