Conference Dinner - Mortlock Chamber 
 
The Conference Dinner will take place on Thursday August 17 at the State Library of South Australia, Mortlock Chamber.

Time: 6.30pm - 10.30pm

Fee: $120.00 incl GST
Includes pre-dinner canapes, 3 course dinner, 4 hour beverage package.

The best way to get to the dinner from the Stamford Grand is via tram. You can get on the tram right outside of the hotel and once in the city, disembark at the Railway Station. The library is a 10 minute walk up North Terrace (towards to the hills).

The tram will take approximately 40 mins

From Adelaide Airport

Via Taxi
There are taxis available at the airport. The fare will be approximately AU$30 to the hotel.

Via Bus
Alternatively if you have a small amount of luggage there is a public bus the J1, which runs from the Airport to Glenelg. Upon exiting either the domestic or international terminal make a short walk to Airport Rd too Stop 10 Airport Road located on the South East Side.

Take the bus to Zone C Moseley St – East Side, the bus ride is approximately 30mins. The hotel is just a short 1min walk from the bus stop, down Elizabeth Street.

The fare for an adult single trip is AU$5.10.

Via Private Car
You can also arrange for a private car from the airport when booking (or our concierge can help arrange this with you). Pricing is AU$55 from the Domestic Airport or AU$90 from the International Airport for sedan; AU$75/AU$100 for Tarago.

Transport from Hotel to Adelaide CBD


Via Taxi
There are taxis regularly available from the taxi rank outside the front of the hotel. The fare will be approximately AU$40 to the CBD.

Via Tram
Alternatively you can catch the tram from Glenelg (Moseley Square) into the CBD.

The tram stop is located just outside the north side of the Hotel. The trip from Glenelg to the CBD will take you approximately 40mins. The fare for an adult single trip is AU$5.10, while a daytrip is AUS$9.70 .

Parking at the Stamford Grand 

Stamford Grand Adelaide offers a range of secure and affordable parking options 24 hours 7 days a week.  

Entrance and Exit is via St Johns Row.

The maximum height restriction is 1.95 metres

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available for AUD $40.00 per 24 hours.

Self Parking
Guest Self Parking is available at AUD $20.00 per 24 hours.
(Subject to availability, spaces cannot be booked in advance)

Special Rates
Conference rate is $10 per day for day delegate parking and is self parking.
(N.B. - this is not 24 hours)

Cancellation Policy 

By completing and submitting this registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the conference and you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing (mail, fax or email), to dbusiness events. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund, less a $110 handling fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven days of the conference; however a substitute delegate may be nominated. Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related business will be at the discretion of the supplier.
