Book Your Room for Convention
Attendees that make a hotel reservation within the Rodan + Fields room block receive discounts on room rates. Special amenities are also available, such as complimentary guest room internet and health club access. Additionally, the Convention Housing Support Team will provide assistance before and during Convention.
Housing is now closed through the Rodan + Fields website, but starting Tuesday, September 19, you can continue making changes by contacting your hotel directly. Please click here for a list of hotels and their contact information.

| Hotel Deposit Policy |
A deposit of $250 is required to make a hotel reservation through the R+F room block. This deposit is refundable until the hotel cancellation deadline of July 20, 2017 and will be applied to your hotel balance due at check-out. The hotel deposit is non-refundable for Run to Convention Achievers. |
| Hotel Cancellation Policy |
The deadline to cancel your hotel reservation is Thursday, July 20, 2017. Cancellations after that date will not receive a refund for the deposit. Hotel reservations are non-transferable. Please send e-mail your cancellation request to Convention2017@rodanandfields.com. |
| Hotel Modifications | To request a change to your existing hotel reservation, please e-mail Convention2017@rodanandfields.com. Hotel reservations are non-transferable except in the case that you are cancelling your registration and your existing roommate will maintain the reservation. To submit the hotel transfer request to your roommate, please e-mail Convention2017@rodanandfields.com with your registration confirmation number and the registration confirmation number for your roommate. |
| No-Show Policy |
If you fail to arrive at your hotel on your confirmed arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged a no-show fee. Please contact the Convention Support Team if you wish to change your arrival or departure date. Hotels will begin accepting all requests directly on Monday, September 18, 2017. |
