Have you ever wanted to cast & create a custom jewelry piece, but just don't know where to start? This ICE Resin 101 class taught by Misty Grosse will start with the basics of how to mix & pour ICE Resin. You will then learn how to use found objects to create a mold using ICE Resin Molding Putty. ICE Resin Tints will be used to colorize casted pieces and German Glass Glitter will be incorporated to give the finished jewelry piece interest and texture. Note: The casted pieces we create in class will need to set and cure for about 5 to 6 hours and will not be ready to use for our finished project in class; so pre-made casted pieces for use in class will be provided and you will get to take your cast creation home for use in another project. At the end of the class, Misty will do a live demo teaching how to use ICE Resin Foil Sheets to create an amazing effect on the back side of casted pieces. You WILL complete this project in class.
