§ Naming rights to Keynote session – the speaker presenting in this session will be an internationally recognised authority in their field
§ The support will be recognised in the following ways:
§ Your organisation’s logo on the conference website home page with a link to your website
§ Your logo will also be placed on the programme section of the conference website
§ A5 advertisement in the conference programme
§ Naming rights on the session, eg “PlyPac Lecture”
§ Your organisation can supply a staff member to introduce the lecture, plus show a 90 sec video clip (in agreement with the committee)
§ Two full conference registrations, including all social functions

Young member support
This iconic session is a special feature of an NZSAP conference. It is highly competitive and the NZSAP supports the young members to attend conference with a grant.
Support Includes:
§ Naming rights in the “Young Members session” – this is a keynote session with six young members chosen to present their research
§ The young member’s support covers one presenter
§ One organisation can support a number of presenters
§ Your organisation’s logo on title slide for the young members session
§ A6 advertisement in the conference programme
The cost of this support per person $500 + GST Six packages available
Exhibition packages
Catering area: All morning/afternoon teas plus onsite lunches will be served
Display sites include the following:
§ Display floor space: 3m × 1.2m deep
§ Furniture: 1.8m Trestle table/table cloth, 2 chairs
§ Listing in the Conference Programme to include contact details and product information;
§ One Full Conference registration including all social functions and catering during the conference
The cost of this package $1000 + GST
Concurrent session support
§ Naming rights for a concurrent session
§ One Full Conference registration, including field day and social functions
§ Your organisation’s logo in programme as associated with the session

§ Naming rights to the field day – the farms being visited on this field trip will demonstrate the themes of the conference

Conference Dinner or Quiz Night

Seat Drop/Satchel inserts (Limited to 4 companies)
This sponsorship allows you to provide an item of promotional material on the seats in the main lecture room, or to provide an insert for the conference satchels.
The session selected will be discussed with the sponsors and the items are to be given to the conference manager for placement.
