INVESTMENT BATTLEFIELD 2017 WINNERS!

Identifying the best emerging mining companies for investors and supporting the development of new projects is a critical part of Mining Indaba. The 2017 Investment Battlefield competition took this one step further. Over a one day session, 16 mining companies pitched their projects on stage to a panel investor judges, who provided live feedback.

FIRST PLACE WINNER: Consolidated Nickel Mines

Consolidated Nickel Mines Ltd (CNM) is an operating subsidiary of Consolidated Mining and Investments Ltd (CMI). CNM is the nickel focused development vehicle that is restarting the Munali Nickel mine in Southern Zambia. CNM will carry out geological exploration in the vicinity to capitalise on the investment into the geological understanding and capital plant it controls in Zambia.
