FIATA2012 Golf Tournament at Angeles National Golf Club

Monday, October 8, 2012 @ 6:15 am – 3:00 pm

Registration Fee:  $155 (includes roundtrip motor coach transportation from Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, continental breakfast, lunch, green fees and all tournament contests and scoring.  Club rental is $40 per set;  indicate right- or left-handed preference on your registration form.)

Register by September 30, 2012 to join colleagues and friends at the Angeles National Golf Club for a golf tournament to kick off FIATA2012 World Congress!  This par 72 Nicklaus Design championship golf course with a southwestern-style layout has been ranked by Travel + Leisure Golf magazine as one of the Top 30 Best New Courses Worldwide, and is listed in the Zagat Survey of America’s Top Golf Courses.

The tournament will be a scramble format with men playing from white tees and women playing from red tees.  The price of the tournament includes a motor coach that will transport you from the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza to this tranquil southwestern oasis for a day of golf and California sunshine!

* Each player must be fully registered in order to be placed on a team.
   FIATA will make every attempt to pair you with requested team, but does
   not guarantee placement.

PLEASE NOTE:  Players participating in the tournament should wear appropriate golf attire at all times.  Men are required to wear collared shirts.  Shorts are to be of Bermuda length.  Items that are prohibited include denim, tank tops, t-shirts, halter tops and athletic shorts.  Any person out of dress code compliance will not be permitted on the golf course and/or driving range.  ANGC is a soft spike facility;  metal spikes are prohibited.

Cancellation Policy:  If golf tournament is canceled due to weather or other events, player will receive a refund if FIATA receives a refund based on the course policy in place at that time.  If a player cancels by September 1, 2012, 50% of registration fee will be refunded.  After September 1, 2012, there are no refunds.  If a player is a “no-show,” no refunds will be given.
