IFA AGM and Conference
 
Registration fees are:
Members of IFA / ATFIA / BACEE     € 1,600.00 
Non - Members                                     € 2,000.00 
Members - Local Delegates                € 1,200.00  (no accommodation)
Non Members - Local Delegates        € 1,650.00  (no accommodation)
Spouse/Partner                                     €    600.00
Educational Seminar - Member          €    350.00 
Educational Seminar - Non Member  €    500.00 
  
Companies enrolling 3 or more delegates are entitled to a 10% discount on the above fees.
 
In order to gain entitlement to the reduced rate for IFA members, prospective participants are required to have enrolled as members of the IFA.
 
The Conference Fee for Members / Non-Members includes: Transportation to/from airport on Wednesday and Friday, conference lunches, coffee breaks and dinners as printed in the programme, accommodation in a double room for single occupancy on Wednesday and Thursday night, breakfast on Thursday and Friday and all conference documentation.
 
The Conference Fee for Local Delegates includes: Conference lunches, coffee breaks and dinners as printed in the programme and all conference documentation.
 
The Conference Fee for Spouses/Partners includes: Transportation to/from airport on Wednesday and Friday, conference lunches, dinners as printed in the programme, accommodation in a double room on Wednesday and Thursday night and breakfast on Thursday and Friday.
 
The Educational Seminar includes: Attendance at the seminar beginning on Tuesday after lunch and ending on Wednesday after lunch, seminar dinner on Tuesday night, all seminar documentation. 
 
All guests:  any other activities (e.g. telephone calls, leisure activities) are to be settled directly with the hotel before you depart. 
 
Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that your application will only be accepted once full payment of the conference fee has been made.  By registering for this event you are obliged to make full payment either by credit card (preferred) or bank transfer.   If you make payment by bank transfer you must do so within 5 days of registering, failing which the IFA reserves the right to cancel the registration and accommodation which it may do at any time without notice to you.

Any cancellations received after 22nd July are non-refundable.All cancellations incur an €100 charge.
 
The indicated fee is to be paid in Euros inclusive of all bank charges.

The IFA reserves the right to reject any registration submitted by a non-member even if accompanied by payment and, where payment has been made by such an applicant, the IFA shall refund the amount so paid. 
 
Liability:   Should technical reasons beyond the control of the IFA Board and/or the organisers make any changes necessary, the IFA Board and/or the organisers cannot be held responsible. Only written arrangements are binding.  You agree to authorise us to use all registration data given in the registration form for use to organise and run the Conference by submitting the Registration Form.
