Mobile Meeting Guide

We are very excited to announce the launch of our mobile conference app. Gone are the days when you had to deal with printed programs, handouts and scratch paper. The mobile app takes everything you need to know about the Annual Meeting and puts it directly onto your mobile device. You can start preparing early by viewing session listings and building your personal itinerary ahead of time. Learn about event buzz (or even generate some yourself!) and communicate with other attendees before and during the Annual Meeting.

The mobile app has completely transformed the way we host events by providing everything you need right at your fingertips behind an easy to use interface.  Use it to view exhibitor info and map locations or take session notes.  Network with other attendees.  It even collects all your notes and any other event information you need into a single downloadable post event report. You won’t even have to worry about slow connection speeds.   The mobile app operates offline on your mobile device no Internet necessary!

  •      Native app to ensure usability with or without Internet
  •      Realtime alerts that keep you updated
  •       Network and share knowledge via commenting, messaging, and social media
  •       Complete interactive conference program and animated floor plan maps
  •       Note taking, speaker and session rating, and note sharing
  •       Exhibitor details with weblinks and animated expo hall location

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

ANNUAL MEETING NAME BADGES WILL BE SENT VIA E-MAIL

In an effort to cut down on lines for badge reprints at registration, name badges will no longer be sent via postal mail. Instead, check your e-mail in early November for a special link that will allow you to print your name badge and tote bag ticket to bring with you to Boston. If you bring these items to the Annual Meeting, you will not need to stand in line for registration.
