The UDIA Queensland’s annual Awards for Excellence program is one of the State's most respected and valued industry accolades. These Awards have been designed to recognise industry leaders, identify the development projects that are exceptional, and showcase innovation and excellence.

The Awards process for entrants is as follows:



PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR INTENT TO ENTER

Your Intent to Enter is complimentary and is the first step in the submission process. You must register in order to receive a copy of the category criteria.

It is compulsory for all entrants to attend one of the Awards Information Sessions. If you are a regional entrant, you will be supplied with a copy of the session.

Once you have submitted your Intent to Enter, you will be emailed a confirmation with a copy of the selected category criteria, an entrant’s declaration, and a link to begin your submission.
Please note in 2018 only entrants that complete an Intent to Enter will be eligible for the Early Bird submission discount of $220.
You will incur the submission fee once you decide to convert your Intent to Enter to a submission. A member of our Events team will issue the invoice for payment. The submission fee is non-refundable.
