Leveraging Co-op Funds:

Motorola Co-op funds can be used for CPE registration fees and eligible travel expenses. If your company's Co-op account has insufficient funds to cover the complete registration fee prior to CPE, the credit card provided during the registration process will be charged. If your credit card is charged, this charge will appear as Motorola Solutions on your credit card statement. To obtain Co-op reimbursement for registration fees charged to your card once Co-op funds become available, please submit a Co-op claim reimbursement request at www.motorolacoop.com per the Motorola Co-op program guidelines.

CPE Cancellation:

If you have registered for CPE and are unable to attend, you must submit your cancellation in writing no later than March 23, 2017, 5:00 pm CST, to ChannelPartnerExpo@motorolaevents.com. Any cancellations after this date, will be assessed the full CPE registration fee of $400 USD for Elite Partners, $450 USD for Specialist Partners and $1,700 USD for Authorized Partners.

Hotel Cancellation and No Shows:

If you change your arrival date or are unable to attend CPE after you have registered, you must submit your cancellation/changes directly to the hotel. Any cancellations/changes within 72 hours of your check-in date will be assessed a penalty of $222.88 USD which is the nightly room rate of $199 USD plus 12% tax.

Travel Reimbursement:

Motorola Co-op funds can also be used for eligible attendee travel expenses up to $1,000 USD (or CAD equivalent) maximum for airfare, hotel, parking and mileage. Travel reimbursement claims should be submitted through Motorola's Co-Op claim submission process at www.motorolacoop.com per the Motorola Co-op program guidelines. Incidental charges incurred at the hotel are the responsibility of the participant. Because Motorola has made a contractual commitment to the Wynn Las Vegas based on attendance, only rooms at the Wynn are eligible for Co-op reimbursement.
