Substitutions and Cancellation Policy

Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations are accepted and registration fees refunded (less a 25% cancellation fee) if notice received in writing by October 20, 2017. Requested and approved refunds will be provided 30 days post-event. If cancellation is received after October 20, 2017, 100% of fee will be forfeited. Q: How do I pay by check?
A. To pay by check, contact Robert Bushover at rbushover@alm.com or 212-457-9618.

Q. Can I register on the day of the event?
A. Yes. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is no "price penalty" for registering on-site.

Q. How will I know I'm registered? Will I get a confirmation of my registration? I need to request a credit card receipt?
A. We will email you a receipt and registration confirmation within one business day. If you do not receive a receipt within this time frame, please contact Robert Bushover at rbushover@alm.com or 212-457-9618.
