Liability
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) and the American College of Radiology (ACR) accepts no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.
Disclaimer
The course program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.
Photography Disclaimer
During your attendance at the course, your image may be taken by photography or by any other means by an official representative of the course, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of RANZCR and/or ACR. If you do not wish to be photographed, you are required to formally advise the College in writing via email events@ranzcr.edu.au
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Visas
Visas or any related documentation required by international guests to enter Australia is the responsibility of the delegate. The organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to ensure arrangements are in place prior to travelling.
Course Cancellation Policy
Initial Deposit - Full refund of initial deposits, less a $55 administrative fee will be granted in response to written cancellation notifications received no later than 31 January 2017.
Post 31 January 2017 - Full refunds, less a $250 administrative fee will be granted in response to written cancellation notifications received no later than 21 days prior to the start of the course. Notification of cancellation less than 21 days will be granted with a $500 administrative fee. No refund of any amount will be made for “no-shows” or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the course.
