Dinner on the USS Yorktown

The Insights Summit’s Tuesday evening dinner will be aboard the deck of World War II's famous "Fighting Lady" and the current centerpiece of the Charleston Harbor's Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum, the USS Yorktown. Commissioned on April 15, 1943, the USS Yorktown would participate significantly in the Pacific offensive during WWII and earn 11 battle stars for service by the end of the war. It would later receive 5 additional battle stars for service off Vietnam before being officially decommissioned in 1970. For us, the great "American heroine" will serve as a place to network and discuss strategies for sustaining and protecting our facilities.

To learn more about the USS Yorktown, we encourage you to visit the Patriots Point website.
