Level: Intermediate Description of Workshop Levels
Technique: Design, Polymer Clay

Fundamentals, skills, and techniques covered:
• Basics of polymer clay and conditioning with pasta machine
  • Technique of creating a patterned rolled cane and cutting with a blade
  • Adhering polymer to copper

In this class you will learn how to create a rolled patterned cane using 4 colors of polymer, how to adhere polymer to copper and to create a smooth finish. You'll also learn how to use copper domes and create a smooth finish using sand paper and the Jool Tool. You'll love the copper and polymer cuff with earrings to match. You WILL complete this project in class.

Prerequisites/Skills Needed: None

Materials you are required to bring: Pasta machine (I prefer Makin), 12 x 12 glazed tile, 4 colors of polymer clay (I prefer Premo)
