Level: Intermediate Description of Workshop Levels
Technique: Bead Weaving

Fundamentals, skills, and techniques covered:
• Using Peyote stitch to make 3-dimensional bead weaving
  • Spiral rope and finishing the ends of the ropes
  • Embellishing 3-dimensional pieces

Workshop teaches beaders how to make an impressive 3-dimensional pendant to hang from the two spiral ropes with matching earrings.You WILL NOT complete this project in class.

Prerequisites/Skills Needed: Familiarity with flat and tubular peyote stitches

Materials you are required to bring: Needles, thread, flat nose and round nose pliers, wire cutters, scissors, ruler or tape measure, other tools and items beader normally uses (e.g. wax, sewing pins, thread zapper, project lamp, bead mat or bead board)
