Attendee Information
All conference meetings & events will be held at the Hilton Toronto

Note: The annual Toronto Santa Claus Parade will be taking place on Sunday, November 19.  The Parade runs from approximately 12:30 – 15:00. During this time and starting at approximately 11:00 AM,  several streets near the Hilton Toronto will be closed to traffic. Please plan your arrival accordingly. Consider coming in on Saturday and watching the Parade on Sunday afternoon!







Registration Times:
ACTE Registration Desk, located on the Convention Level, will be open during the following times: 

Sunday, 19 November: 15:00 - 18:30
Monday, 20 November: 07:30 - 19:00
Tuesday, 21 November: 8:15 - 12:30



Onsite Meeting Rooms:
A complimentary boardroom is available for attendees to use during conference hours. Pre-booking is recommended to secure your preferred time. Maximum one-hour increments. Email canada@acte.org to reserve your space or reserve onsite at the ACTE Registration desk.




Get Social:
Be prepared to get social at #ACTEtoronto - share live updates, conference happenings, and snapshots to #ACTEtoronto and look for your photo on our social wall.

If this is your first time attending the conference, are a new member, or simply want a conference refresher; join us to hear from ACTE leaders and past attendees on how you can get the most out of your conference investment. Dress Code:
The attire for the conference is business casual. A jacket or light sweater is recommended for those who get chilly in the meeting room since meeting room temperatures vary.
