  • Accommodation - 3 nights  in a double room for single use (rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis)

  • Shuttle service (airport - hotel) on 25th May 2017
  • Shuttle service (hotel - airport) on 28th May 2017
PRIVATE TRANSFER

All costs included in the registration fee (accommodation, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners) are compliant with Italian pharmaceutical companies regulations. 



Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to MCA Events SRL (info@spin2017.eu)

  • Full refund will be made for all requests received until 02/02/2017 (except €50,00 handling fee)
  • 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before 02/04/2017
  • After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.

The liability of the Conference Organizer shall be limited to that refund, and the Conference Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expenses, whatsoever cause, incurred or arising. The Conference Organizer will hold and process your personal details in its database. Such information is required for the legitimate management of the SPIN 2017, which may include the information being available to any organizing/sponsoring company. The Conference Organizer may also use your personal details to provide you with information about other conferences or events being organized. Please advise us to any changes in your personal details, or if you would like them to be removed from our database in the future.
