vendor is a company that supplies parts or services related to the gas turbines but does not own or operate a unit.

BOOTH INFORMATION: (See Vendor Floor Plan at the bottom of this page)

  • Cost: $1950
  • All booths are 10X8 (10 feet wide and 8 feet deep), piped and draped, and come with a 6 foot draped table, company name sign, and two chairs.  There is carpet on the floor.
  • Electrical must be purchased separately.

Booth Representatives (2 complimentary, 4 additional cost)

  • Rep #1 = The person purchasing and registering for your booth will be the primary booth rep and the main contact for your company. Their name will be listed in the conference program. They are the first complimentary rep.
  • Rep #2 = Complimentary Rep
  • Reps #3-6 = Additional booth reps may be purchased at a cost of $150 per rep.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
Purchasing a sponsorship or purchasing an ad are great ways to let Users remember that you were a participant. If you purchase a sponsorship, you will receive a copy of the conference program which includes the attendee list.  This is the only way to get the attendee list. Your sponsorships will include your Company information and logo on the Frame 6 Website sponsorship page along with a scrolling logo on the main page, your Company logo will be hosted on a monitor during the sponsored event, your company logo hosted at the registration desk throughout the conference on our reader board, your company logo in the program agenda. 

Gold Sponsorship - $10,000:

  • Booth Fees plus 6 attendees
  • Meal Sponsorship which includes a meet & greet during the meal, presentation if requested
  • Full page ad in the conference program
  • Copy of the conference program
  • 4 tickets to the Monday Night Reception and Dinner
  • Company information and logo on the Frame 6 Website separate from the sponsorship page, as well as separate scrolling logo on the main page
  • Company logo hosted at the registration desk throughout the conference on our reader board
  • Company logo hosted on a monitor during your sponsored meal

Monday Night Welcome Reception and Dinner Sponsorships:

  • Entertainment: $1200
  • Bar: 4 hours available, $1000 each hour (includes one vendor dinner ticket for each hour sponsored)

Food Sponsorships:
If you sponsor a food function, you may send up to 4 representatives to attend the food function without additional cost. *=Not considered a food function.

  • Breakfast: $3000 - 3 available (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Lunch: $4000 - 3 available (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Morning Breaks: $950 - 3 available (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Afternoon Breaks: $1500 - 3 available (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • All Day Beverage Service*: $1500 - 2 available (Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • Half Day Beverage Service*: $750 - 1 available (Thursday)

Other Sponsorships:
Committee Shirts: $700 - 3 available
Attendee Raffles: $200 - 3 available (attendee raffles do not count as a sponsorship towards receiving the meeting conference book). 

CONFERENCE PROGRAM ADS:

  • Quarter Page: $475 (3.75" wide by 5.0" tall, Portrait orientation)
  • Half Page: $875 (7.75" wide by 5.0" tall, Landscape orientation)
  • Full Page: $1275 (7.75" wide by 10.25" tall, Portrait orientation)
  • Inside Cover: $1800 (7.75" wide by 10.25" tall, Portrait orientation)
  • Back Cover: $2000 (7.75" wide by 10.25" tall, Portrait orientation)

MONDAY NIGHT RECEPTION OPTION:
Vendors may attend the Welcome Reception and Dinner with the Users on Monday.
Cost: $175 per representative ticket.
