Event Description
Arizona State University’s Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy (CABHP) is pleased to announce the 20th Annual Summer Institute will be held July 16-19, 2019. We’re looking toward another great year of providing education and networking opportunities to Arizona’s healthcare and behavioral health professionals. This year, we head to our new venue in Flagstaff, AZ at the High Country Conference Center, to welcome national experts, innovative local leaders, educators, researchers, clinicians, peer support specialists, counselors, outreach providers, government leaders and other professionals together for the four-day conference. Over 350 professionals from numerous private and state agencies attended the conference, and we look forward to seeing you and your colleagues in 2019.

The conference provides a wide variety of educational sessions for today’s healthcare and behavioral health professionals and partners. We will showcase keynotes conducted by nationally recognized researchers and experts, as well as more than 40 breakout sessions addressing a wide range of innovative topics relevant to those working in the field.

The Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith and Family (GOYFF) in partnership with the Arizona Parent’s Commission on Drug Education and Prevention sponsors registration scholarships for individuals from across Arizona to attend the Summer Institute. Meet GOYFF staff and learn about how they work with the eight Governor appointed commissions, funded partners and community stakeholders to improve the lives of all Arizona’s youth and families.

Please submit applications before Wednesday, June 5th. We will notify you the status of your scholarship by June 10th, 2019. Applicants that are not accepted will be offered the Early Bird conference registration rate.
