Payment Policy

Full payment required upon registration.

Late payment fee of $25 added for registration onsite or after July 6, 2019.

Cancellation Policy

$50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund if cancellation made prior to May 1, 2019

$100 processing fee will be deducted from the refund if cancellation made by July 1, 2019

No refunds will be made for cancellations made after July 1, 2019

Substitutions can be made at no charge.
