NOTE: The outside exhibit spaces are 20' wide and will be angled for easy parking access by large vehicles

Standard Exhibit Hall Space Includes:
  • 10’ wide X 8’ draped booth
  • 6 ft. skirted display table; 2 chairs; wastebasket
  • Power outlet at each booth
  • Listing on the conference web APP containing program details
  • Link to your company website on the conference website
  • Coffee breaks and lunch served in the exhibit area
  • Two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations (per booth)
  • Exhibit hall is carpeted
  • Purchase additional exhibitor badges for $100


Payments

Payments for exhibit hall spaces and sponsorships are payable upon booking. Payment must be received prior to setup unless special arrangements have been confirmed with conference organizers. Onsite purchase of trade show passes must be paid for by cash or credit card before or at the time of entry.

Cancellation Policy

 Contract payments are refunded upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, according to the following terms:

         On or before April 1, 2019 contract payment refunded minus a processing fee of $250 CDN

 After April 1, 2019, no refunds will be issued
