Meeting Space Evacuation

 

1. Loud bells will be heard from all rooms and meeting spaces. 
2. You will then hear announcements which will indicate for all guests to proceed to the Lobby via stairwells.
3. From the Lobby, management will re-direct guests to the off-site location area to congregate which will be in the RBC located across the street.

 

Guest Room Evacuation

1. Loud bells will be heard in all rooms and meeting spaces.
2. Evacuate guest rooms using the stairwells located at either end of the guest hallways.
3. Exit on the ground level and make your way to the RBC convention center level 2 skywalk entrance.  Hotel Management will be on site to direct and assist guests.
