There are a limited number of available rooms so call early to ensure your reservation. The reservation cut-off for our block of rooms is June 7, 2017. Historically, our room block has sold out prior to the cut-off date.

2018 Booth Selection:
As a valued IMSA exhibitor you will have the opportunity to select your space for the 2018 Forum & Expo during scheduled meetings at this year's conference based on your accumulated booth points. Be on the look out for the selection schedule as we get closer to the Conference.
