Family-style Housing
There are a very limited number of apartments available in Camden. First floor apartments sleep up to 4 people and second floor apartments sleep up to 5. There is no elevator. Cost for a first floor apartment is $106/night. Cost for a second floor apartment is $132.50/night. Apartments are rented as a unit and must be paid by one transaction and that person is responsible for the unit, keys, etc. Additional persons staying in the unit should select “no housing needed” when registering, but the person renting the apartment should supply names of all who are staying in the apartment when they pick up the keys.
Campus Housing Information
1. All beds are single beds. Most are two people to a room and most have hallway bathrooms
a. ROOMMATE: If you have a roommate preference, you should indicate each other when you register.
b. SINGLE ROOMS: There are a limited number of single rooms available when you register online. When these rooms are no longer available, they will not appear as an option during registration.
2. You will need to provide your own linens, towels, washcloths, blankets, pillows, waste baskets, clothes hangers, soap, etc. for all campus housing.
3. Camden, Doney, Dunn and Fleming are air conditioned. For all other residence halls, a fan is recommended. Dunn and Fleming have an elevator.
4. Showers and toilets are available on each floor, except Camden, 2nd floor, in which case, they are on the floor above. Suites share a bathroom with one other room.
5. NO SMOKING is allowed in any campus building.
6. On-Campus housing options include 6% city hotel/motel fee (already added in price).
7. Residence hall room keys must be returned at the close of conference or THERE WILL BE A $75 ROOM KEY CHARGE. The campus has groups all summer long and they will be re-keying the rooms of those who did not return their keys within a few hours after check out so they can rent to the next group the next morning.
8. Please note that residence hall check-out on Sunday is 10 am.
