Others:  Assigned Supply Pastors, Retired Local Pastors not serving charges, Spouses or family members of clergy or lay members, alternate lay members from charges, visitors to conference

If you have questions about whether or not you are a member of conference, please contact the Conference Secretary (800-788-3746, ext 23).  Retired Local Pastors not serving a charge may request a Conference Workbook while supplies last.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

• If you have Children who will be attending Children's Conference, you will be asked for their information via a separate website. For more information, click here.
• Please only register ONCE.  Once you’ve received a confirmation, then registering a second time may cause you to not receive your materials.
• If you need On-Campus housing, take a look at housing prices before registering so that you know what you want to choose.   (See the tab “Housing Info”).
• When choosing your "hotel" accommodation during the registration process, please note that this refers to the West Virginia Wesleyan College.
• If you are using someone else’s email there is a box to check that will let us know not to change your email in our records.
• Have no fear -- mistakes are not permanent.  But please DO NOT register a second time to make corrections.  If your registration information changes after you have registered online, call Judi Kenaston (800-788-3746, ext 23) and she’ll take care of it for you.
