2015 Textile Sustainability Conference
 
Conference Fees:
TE Member discounted rate:    $1,300 USD
Non-Member rate:                    $1,575 USD
*1 Day Pass:                              $650 USD
*one day pass is available to those who cannot attend both days of the conference. At the time of registration,               the attendee must pick which day they will attend (October 6 or 7).
Payment Methods Accepted: 
Complimentary Pass: TE Members and Sponsors receive complimentary access to the conference. Contact us if you have not received your Pass Code ID. 
Credit Cards: Credit Cards process immediately and registration is confirmed upon processing.
Wire Transfers: Only available until September 25. Payment must be received prior to arrival for Check-in on October 5. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received by TE. If payment has not been received, we will accept credit card and cash payments at check-in. 



Conference Cancellation Policy:

Before August 28, 2015:
Textile Exchange will issue a full refund until August 28, 2015. Please note, a $200 USD processing/service fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or before August 28, 2015. 

Between August 29 - September 11, 2015:
For reservations cancelled anytime between August 29 - September 11, a 50% refund will be issued.

After September 11, 2015:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 11, 2015.

Substitute attendees are welcome and encouraged at any time. These changes can be made by simply modifying your registration record or by contacting Terry Hyde.
 

Post-Conference Tour Cancellation Policy:

Post-Conference tour fees are non-refundable.
