ALGIM are offering Contact Centre personnel the opportunity to attend a one day course on “Contact Centre Operations: Taking Your Centre to the Next Level”, developed and delivered by Kelly Brickley.

ACCOMMODATION
ALGIM will not be offering accommodation for this course. Each attendee is responsible for sourcing, booking and paying for their own accommodation (if required).

FEES
ALGIM has obtained a special price for its Local Government members, with a further discount available for those attending the 2015 ALGIM Customer Service Symposium.

The registration fee includes:
  1. Nine module course and a work booklet
  2. Morning and afternoon tea

  $500 ex GST (usually $2,000)
NOT attending 2015 ALGIM Customer Service Symposium
  $750 ex GST (usually $2,000)

Corporate / Vendor Attendee
 NOT attending 2015 ALGIM Customer Service Symposium
$750 ex GST (usually $2,000)

  • The registration fee for this course is an additional cost on top of the registration fee for those people who are attending the 2015 ALGIM Customer Service Symposium.
  • Lunch during the course will be the responsibility of the delegate.

  1. In the left hand column of this page under MASTER CLASS REGISTRATION ONLY, click on the New Registration button.
  2. Complete each page of the registration form and click 'Submit' on the final page. You will then be registered to attend the Master Class only.
B) WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER FOR THE 2015 CUSTOMER SERVICE SYMPOSIUM AND THE MASTER CLASS COURSE
  1. In the left hand column of this page under SYMPOSIUM & MASTER CLASS REGISTRATION, click on the New Registration button.
  2. Complete each page of the registration form and click 'Submit' on the final page. You will then be registered to attend the Symposium AND the Master Class.
