 Accommodation will be booked by ALGIM and the cost will be included on the invoice for registration fee/s.
2.
 Accommodation rate excludes GST and includes breakfast for one person per room. Additional breakfast/s will be charged at $18.00 ex GST per additional person per room.

 Accommodation rate includes FREE unlimited WiFi.

 Breakfast is served in the Nosh Restaurant on the ground floor from 6.30am - 9.30am Monday to Friday.

 Any extra costs incurred to the hotel are to be paid on departure, i.e. mini bar, barista coffees, parking, and room service. If required, a separate purchase order can be supplied directly to the hotel for these costs. When you contact the Hotel, remember to state that you are staying for the 2015 ALGIM Information Management / Records Symposium.

 A 24 hour cancellation policy is applied. If delegates fail to show, you will still be charged for the accommodation.
PARKING
The Distinction Palmerston North offers secured parking onsite to all hotel guests on a first in first served basis. For more information, speak to the staff at reception when you check in and they will guide you through the parking instructions.

Unsecured street parking is also available in front of the hotel, but is at the owner's risk
