*Airline
Delegate passes:
CAPA has the right to refuse
and/or reject applications for discounted airline delegate
passes. Discounted airline guest passes are for full time direct employees of Airlines only. Any affiliates or subsidiary businesses e.g consultants to airlines, secondees, or any commercial businesses related/linked to airlines such as handlers, aircraft leasing businesses, catering and airport ground services, are not deemed as direct full time Airline employees and regular delegate fees are applicable.
Paying delegates are entitled to conference refreshments and lunch, networking reception, full conference sessions, post event photos and analysis pieces.

Your conference ticket does not
cover costs associated with travel to/in Dubai. Travel,
accommodation and insurance must be organised by the attendee.
