San Antonio is serviced by a large number of airlines. Because of the widely available internet airline rates, TIA is not offering special airfare information. However, it is highly recommended that attendees book airline tickets well in advance as airline schedules are changing daily.
Taxi fares from the San Antonio International Airport to downtown San Antonio range from $23.00-$27.00 one way.
Shuttle Transportation to and from San Antonio International Airport and downtown (8 miles) is provided for a fee by SATRANS, the city’s official airport shuttle, between 7 a.m. and 1 a.m. daily. Please call 210-281-9900 for more information.
TransCore Shuttle
For the 2nd year, TransCore is offering a complimentary shuttle on Wednesday!
Upon arrival at the airport in San Antonio, please claim your luggage in baggage claim of your airline and look for the staff holding the group sign “TIA”. Staff will escort you to the waiting shuttle. Shuttles will depart every 30 minutes from each terminal with direct non-stop service to the Grand Hyatt Hotel beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 with the last departure at 6:00 p.m. from both terminals at San Antonio International Airport.
