NSCP is for compliance, by compliance

The National Society of Compliance Professionals is the only nonprofit organization representing the compliance profession. NSCP keeps its members informed on regulatory developments, creates educational meetings that serve as unique forums for exchanging ideas and generating solutions, offers practical and interpretative guidance in regards to securities law and regulation and promotes professionalism and community among compliance officials within the securities industry.

Our National Membership meeting is the most comprehensive educational offering within the securities compliance industry covering 80+ topics encompassing IA, BD, Hedge Fund/Private Fund and Investment Company compliance issues. Our workshops, labs, and roundtable sessions are all led by experienced industry veterans who focus on the practical implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

CONFERENCE MATERIALS

This year we will be implementing a new system; instead of providing the traditional printed materials in binder format, we will be introducing a mobile app that will work across all platforms (don't worry, we'll provide the Wi-Fi too). We encourage you to bring your electronic devices to access the materials via the app. 

Additional materials will also be provided on a fully searchable CD and via a materials website that will allow you to access and print any documents you wish to bring prior to arriving in D.C.

Should you wish to receive the traditional materials binder; an additional $100 fee will apply to help defray printing costs. You will be given an opportunity to select your preferred materials format during registration.

NSCP has a block of rooms set aside at the recently renovated Washington Hilton, located at 1919 Connecticut Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC., situated near Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan.

DISCOUNT FOR ADDITIONAL PEOPLE FROM THE SAME FIRM

To help compliance departments educate their staff, NSCP is offering a 10% registration fee discount for each additional attendee from within the same firm. Look for the discount code in the first registered attendee’s confirmation e-mail.

Upon notification in writing on or before Wednesday, September 12, 2012, a full refund, less a $100 (USD) administrative fee, will be made. No refunds will be issued after that date, but substitutions may be made on or before Tuesday, October 2, 2012.  Substitutions are subject to a $100 (USD) administrative fee.
