Attendees must first register to attend the symposium and then will receive an email registration confirmation with hotel reservation instructions.

Room Reservations must be booked prior to the cut-off date, September 10, 2019 at 5:00pm.  Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis only.

Group Room Rates:
Run of House: $259.00
Resort Fee: $20.00 (reduced from $45.00)
Check-in time is 3:00pm / Check-out time is 11:00am
Overnight/Day Valet Parking: $10.00 per night (reduced from $35.00)

• Super Shuttle, Bell Tran, Grayline: shared ride van service is available from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. No advance reservation required.
• Uber or Lyft: $10.00 - $15.00
• Taxi: $20.00 - $25.00
