Booking Your Air Travel:
All travel to the Kaiser Permanente11th National Travel Medicine & Global Health Conference is at the individual attendee's expense. If you are a PMG Physician or Kaiser Permanente employee, you may call the KP Travel Desk at BCD Travel, 855-254-8143 to speak with an agent to book your air travel. A booking fee will apply. Kaiser Permanente has negotiated rates with Southwest, United, Delta, and other airlines. Feel free to utilize these Kaiser Permanente preferred carriers by booking through BCD Travel or directly booking with the airline of your choice.
