We have a room block with a discounted room rate of $294 (typical room rate starts at $642) available for those attending our symposium. The number of rooms are limited and are available on a first-come-first-service basis from September 5-7, 2019.

We have also secured a very limited block of rooms at the Disneyland Hotel & Resort at the discounted rate of $279 (typical room rate starts at $487). If you decide to book at the Disneyland Hotel, please allow sufficient time to go through security from Disneyland Hotel to the Grand Californian Hotel, where the symposium is being held.

An online link to reserve your room at this special rate will be included in your registration confirmation email. Reservations must be made by Friday, August 23, 2019 or before the group rooms are sold out, so do not delay. Prevailing rates may apply after this date or when the group rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability.

Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis only.

THEME PARK TICKETS
Specially priced Disneyland Theme Park tickets for registered attendees ONLY are available for purchase online. Last day to purchase discounted park tickets is September 4, 2019 9:00pm PST. The link to purchase discounted tickets will be included on your registration confirmation email. These special tickets are not available once you arrive at the Resort.
