HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A special room rate is being offered to participants attending our symposium. To make room reservations, please register to attend the symposium first, then you will receive an email registration confirmation with instructions and information for booking your room.

Reservations must be made prior to May 27, 2019, 5:00pm. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis only and may be at a higher rate.

Check-in time is 4:00pm / Check-out time is 11:00am

DISCOUNTED GROUP ROOM RATES AND FEES PER NIGHT:

• Run of House: $249
• Daily Room Tax 15.6% plus $2 tourism fee
• Parking: $60 Valet; $50 Self
• No Resort Fee

Must be registered for the symposium to be eligible for negotiated group sleeping room rates. Current published rates start at $390 and up.

Early Departure Fee - $75: applies if guest checks-out earlier than the departure dates confirmed at check-in .

• Alternate transportation: Limousine/Town Car Service $90 per person (flat rate/one way)  Advance reservations required through the hotel concierge (206) 728-1000.  Call direct for specific details.

• Bus service - fare: $18 (one way)
• Shuttle Express $20 per person (one way).  Phone: (425) 981-7000.
• Link Light Rail Service - fee: $3 (one way).  Pick up point at Seattle-Tacoma Airport, take Westlake stop (40 minute ride).

Driving directions

From SEA-TAC Airport, get on WA-518 E from Airport Expressway.From WA-518 E, take the exit for I-5 N and travel north on I-5 for 12.4 miles.Take the Seneca Street exit #165. The exit will be on the left.Turn right on 6th Ave and proceed north for six blocks.Cross over Stewart Street.The hotel will be on the left.
