Tell us your story! The Award Committee is looking for your HIT achievement or innovation story. Using the case study submission template as a guide, tell us how you overcame challenges and met better care delivery objectives. Your story should include data that demonstrates better outcomes. If selected, it will be used as a model example for regional healthcare organizations to emulate.
