PURPOSE OF WORKSHOP

The purpose of the workshop is to examine the issues involved in accounting and measuring performance under CDC and how to use benchmark data to drive financial performance. With the 2017 reform will come a change in focus for Home Care providers. The reforms will also provide a window into CDC in residential care. This workshop will look at some of the financial issues affecting providers now, how they can use benchmarking to identify areas for improvement and drive those improvements. It will also look at what providers will need to do to meet the challenges that reform will bring.
