*Fee includes electronic syllabus and materials. Fee's are subject to change. Registration category is based on member status through April 31, 2017.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be recieved in writing via email or USPS, on or before April 4, 2017 to receive a refund, less a $75 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received, via e-mail or USPS, on or after April 4, 2017 will be subject to forfeiture of the entire registration fee.

THE FACTS

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference functions, including the Welcome Reception. Room temperature can fluctuate. We suggest bringing a sweater or jacket to ensure you are comfortable.

Paper-Lite Meeting

Continuing our efforts to be responsible toward the environment and to increase the quality and timeliness of resources provided, this year we will again host a paper-lite meeting. Electronic materials including the syllabus and handouts will be accessible online approximately one week prior to the start of the conference. Notification of the availability of handouts will be sent to the e-mail addresses on your registration. All materials will remain available to registered attendees during and after the meeting as well.
