2016 Latin America Legal Summit

ALM will apply for CLE Credit with the Florida Bar.

Q: How do I obtain my CLE credit?

A: You should pick up a CLE form onsite at the registration desk and submit the form prior to departing the conference.

Q: Is there an additional charge for CLE credit?

A: No, ALM will cover the CLE fees for participants of the conference.

Q: Which states will CLE be offered in?

A: Florida

Q: Can I receive credits in more than one state?

A: Due to CLE guidelines for other jurisdictions, we can only offer credit for the state of Florida for this program.

Q: Who reports the CLE credits to the CLE boards?

A: The Florida bar requires their attorneys to self-report. By completing and submitting the CLE forms at the registration desk, it will allow the CLE Department to provide the number of credits earned with the FL course number.

Q: How long will it take before my CLE credits are approved?

A: If you submitted your form before you left the conference it takes about 4-6 weeks. However special arrangements can be made if you have an upcoming filing deadline if you speak directly with a staff member of our CLE Department.
