Business Partner Opportunities 

 

Business Partners shall be individuals, organizations, manufacturers, or suppliers of goods and services operating for profit and ascribing to the policies and purposes of KAPPA and wishing to support the activities of KAPPA, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Designation to this category shall not be construed as endorsement, actual or implied by KAPPA.

 

Exhibiting:  

 

Exhibit space for 37 business partners is available for $500/table and includes one full conference registration. Secure your table in real time during the online registration process.

Each space will have one 6 foot draped and skirted table and company sign. Electrical charges are included this time with the table space please indicate on the registration form if you require electric. If you require additional electrical outlets or audio visual contact a Carolyn Phillips (814-455-1206) or fill out the Vendor Services Request form (Download below) and fax to 814-897-0910.

Internet Service

 

Wireless internet is complimentary in the exhibit space. If you require a hard wired internet connection the cost is $125 per day plus 6% tax and must be secured through using the Vendor Service Request Form (above).

 

Shipping & Receiving Handling Requirements

 

Each item should be labeled with KAPPA 2016 and your Company Name /Table #.

  • All packages must arrive no earlier than 3 days prior or Friday, September 16th.
  • Return shipments are your responsibility and all must be labeled properly prior to move out.

Move In & Out

All vendors should move in through the front/main doors of the Bayfront Convention Center. During move in times you may temporarily park in the front Turn Around. Once materials are brought in please park vehicles in the main lot and return to setting up. Carts and flat beds will be available at the front entrance for move in on a first come, first serve basis. As a courtesy, please return the cart to the front of the building when finished. If you have large materials that may not fit through a standard doorway please contact your event planner or the Bayfront at the main number for further instructions, phone 814-455-1206.

Move out is the same procedure.

5 Sponsorship opportunities are available for business partners at Tables 1, 13, 26, 27, 35. Each sponsorship includes signage with company logo and name, 6 foot draped and skirted exhibit table, special exhibit location and one full conference registration.
