The U30 Coaches Experience is a unique opportunity for young NSCAA members, ages 16-30, to get involved and experience the Annual Convention. In addition to full registration, the U30 Coaches Experience events will provide opportunities for the attendees to expand their networks within the soccer industry and interact with top coaches in an intimate setting.

U30 Coaches Welcome Gathering
The U30 Coaches Welcome Gathering is the opening session for
the U30 Coaches Experience. The welcome
gathering will not only give the attendees an opportunity to meet and interact
with each other but will also serve as an informational session that will help
explain what to expect for the rest of the week.

Time: 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Fire-Away! Q&A Sessions
The Fire-Away! Q&A sessions are exclusive opportunities
for the U30 Coaches to sit down with a top experienced coach and ask questions
or get advice on coaching and the game of soccer. Each registered U30 Coach
will receive a ticket to attend one (1) of the five (5) Fire-Away
sessions. Prior to the Convention, the
U30 Coaches will receive an email with a survey asking which of the five (5)
sessions they would like to attend.

Professional Development Session
The Professional Development Session is a 90 minute session
geared towards helping coaches and soccer industry professionals develop in
certain areas. This program will be divided into three different stations and
each group will rotate through all three sessions.

NSCAA Membership Groups/Coaching Communities Open Meetings and Advocacy Hour
The NSCAA Membership Group Open Meetings provides an
opportunity for the NSCAA members to get involved with a Membership Group and
Coaching Communities. Before all individual meetings there will be a joint
continental breakfast for all Membership Groups to come together and interact.
After the brief breakfast each Membership Group will have their own individual
meeting where they discuss what the group is, who is involved, and how you can
get involved with the group.
