Revitalise your workforce by enhancing wellbeing
Wellbeing is the new 'must' in employee benefits - but it means different things to different people. Is it about the practical: gym membership, GP access? The mental: counselling services, EAPs? The financial: debt management, relief of financial stress? Or just about creating a happy place to work with a good atmosphere for staff?
Speakers at Wellbeing in the Workplace examined all these different facets of employee wellbeing, and helped delegates explore what would work for their workforce.
From case studies to panel debates, the day provided HR directors and employers with key information on creating practical, cost-effective and, above all, supportive wellness strategies for their employees.
