Welcome to the 2016 IEEE CyberSciTech Conference, that will be held in Auckland, New Zealand at the Stamford Plaza Hotel.
Registration Instructions

1. Each paper requires a full registration by the 8th June, 2016 to be included in the proceedings.
Basic/Student registration is for:   
a) If one author has made the full registration, other authors of the paper want to attend the conference, or
b) An attendee without a paper

2. Each paper can have up to 2 extra pages above the maximum page limit (8-page for full paper, 6-page for workshop paper and 4-page for demo/poster paper). For each extra page, there will be an additional 50USD charge.

3. Each full registration contains the following items:

· Publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings

· A copy of the proceedings (IEEE CD-ROM)

· Access to all conference sessions and workshops/special sessions

· Lunch, coffee breaks

· Welcome reception and banquet

· Program brochure

4. Each basic registration contains the following items:

· Access to all conference sessions and workshops/special sessions

· Lunch, coffee breaks

· Welcome reception and banquet

· Program brochure

5. Each student registration contains:

· Access to all conference sessions and workshops/special sessions

· Lunch, coffee breaks

· Program brochure

6. For registration, in order to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee, the IEEE membership number must be included in the registration form. Similarly, in order to qualify for the student reduced registration fee, proof of current student status (e.g., current Student ID or other proof of current enrollment) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or pdf file) to info@eventsmart.co.nz. Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified.

7. Invitation letter can be applied after completing the registration process.

8. Depending on the conference you are registering, please use the conference abbreviation (CyberSciTech, DASC, PICom or DataCom), followed by your paper ID number, for example, DASC-127 or PICom-103, in the registration form.

9. Additional welcome reception ticket and banquet ticket can be purchased separately at rates of 50USD and 100USD. A copy of Proceedings can be ordered at the rate of 100USD.
