Legal Update - Incident Management in Aged Care, dealing with complaints and claims, the Coroner and Mandatory Reporting

This seminar will provide some legal guidance on dealing with adverse events in aged care and will cover incident management, mandatory reporting for aged care providers, what is required to be reported to the Coroner and dealing with coronial inquests and complaints and claims. The seminar will include a hypothetical workshop of the issues.
